Support
Stuck, confused, or found a bug? A person reads every email.
Email supplab_support@cornerstonesoftwaregroup.com — for anything: bugs, billing, your data, or just a question. We aim to reply within two business days.

Check that you’re signed in with the same Apple or Google account you used before — your history follows your account, not the device. If it still looks wrong, email us with the approximate dates affected.
Settings → Delete Account, with a 30-day restore window. The full walkthrough is in Deleting your account and data.
