Terms of Use
The agreement between you and SuppLab that governs your use of the app.
SuppLab is a tracking tool for adults 18+, not medical advice. Premium features use an auto-renewing subscription managed through Apple. Your tracking data stays yours, and you can delete your account at any time.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and SuppLab (“SuppLab,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the SuppLab iOS app and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01 · Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and able to form a binding contract to use SuppLab. The Service is offered in the United States. By using SuppLab you represent that you meet these requirements.
02 · Not medical advice
SuppLab is a private supplement-tracking and educational tool. It is not a medical service, medical device, or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. SuppLab does not provide medical advice or dosage recommendations.
- Always talk to a licensed healthcare professional before you start, stop, or change any supplement or medication.
- Dietary supplements are not evaluated by the FDA to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they can interact with medications and health conditions.
- Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or tracked in SuppLab.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
You are solely responsible for your own health decisions.
03 · Your account
You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account and for all activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials with Apple or Google secure.
04 · Subscriptions, pricing, and auto-renewal
SuppLab premium features require an auto-renewable subscription, purchased through your Apple App Store account. Yearly: $29.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Monthly: $9.99 per month.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the same price unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting your SuppLab account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
- Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may vary. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
05 · Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law, disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
06 · Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and curated research content, is owned by SuppLab and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal use under these Terms. The tracking data you create remains yours.
07 · Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Deletion schedules a permanent removal of your data with a 30-day restore window, after which your data is permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 02, 06, 08, 09, and 10) will survive.
08 · Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights, streaks, adherence figures, or other computed values are accurate for your purposes.
09 · Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuppLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
11 · Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
